A quarter of all our refurbished devices are available to community and voluntary sector organisations who help support people who may not have access to a laptop or phone.
As refurbished devices, they may have minor cosmetic or functional faults, such as cracks/marks to the casing but they are all tested and confirmed to be working.
Because they may show signs of previous use and are not guaranteed to be in perfect condition, this is reflected in the subsidised price.
