We believe everyone deserves the chance to work if they want to and should receive the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.
We offer workplace experience and training programmes in refurbishing unwanted IT hardware or picture framing to adults not in education, employment or training (NEET) and young people aged 16-25 with an Education Health Care Plan, who have been long-term excluded from the workplace.
Many of our trainees have learning differences, autism or social, emotional or mental health needs.
